Case 1: Securing a Reverse TRO to Reinstate High-Value Listings Before Black Friday
In 2025, we represented a U.S.-based Amazon seller in filing a Declaratory Judgment (DJ) action for non-infringement and patent invalidity in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington regarding a utility patent infringement dispute. Based on preliminary invalidity arguments, the court granted a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and a Preliminary Injunction (PI) in our favor. On the eve of the "Black Friday" shopping season, we successfully assisted our client in quickly restoring their high-value product listings, effectively preventing the further expansion of potential business losses.
